The BMAD programs are not limited to the participants but will include outreach, workshops and activities to include parents and family. All programs will conclude with a family event that is organized by the participants to apply and display their new and enhanced skills. In addition, availability of parent resources will be consistently available and shared with parents. All sessions will include at least one parent workshop on specific and general topics.
The capstone activity along with pre and post surveys will be used to assess the overall program goals. BMAD will assess the program outcomes for each participant.
